Personal memory by Emily Romero

In Washington State USA in the early 2000’s I remember having thunder and lightning storms that would roll across the sky bringing much needed rain on the driest part of the year. These rains raged for a day or two extinguishing fires and watering withered plans and trees. The fires seems to go on and on with dust and smoke filling the once clean airs of the PNW.
