Personal memory by Joseph Medina
2008 • Bethlehem, PA, USA
It was mid November morning and what was I thought would be a normal day of errands became an experience I'll never forget. As a Florida boy my entire life I'd never seen snow before and what I walked out to was just intoxicating. I couldn't believe how beautiful it was. The night before layered the trees and streets with lush untouched snow. I walked to the Bethlehem library because I knew it had a good look out point and when I finally got there I couldn't contain myself. The hills were stark white like the sky. I sat and stared for hours thinking how fortunate moments like those were.
