One thing I remember disappearing when I was younger was this beautiful farm in my grandparents' neighborhood. It was filled with horses and sheep and pigs and it looked so nice. You could appreciate the beauty in the animals. It was a peaceful place. I remember always driving past it looking to see what animals I would see and how many there were. Then, one day, all the animals were gone. Then, the grass was dug up and the surrounding trees were gone. After that, more and more houses started to get built.
