Personal memory by Richard

I lived by a creek where elders of the community used to swim and fish. Development in the area had long since made the water inhabitable for most marine life, and not safe for swimming or fishing. In the time that I lived in the community, I saw major conservation projects in the surrounding watershed improve the quality of water and slowly bring life back into the creek. It's nothing like what it used to be, and there is much yet to be done, but it's a step in the right direction.
