Personal memory by Sarah Dalton

Stars when I began employment as a naturalist with Columbus MetroParks at Blendon Woods MetroPark, I presented astronomy programs acquainting folks with the night sky. As Columbus and New Albany grew and expanded, our star field diminished as light pollution from the cities obscured our view. We no longer do such programs as our night sky has been destroyed.
