Personal memory by Cynthia Rivera

I recently moved in with my parents while I go to college. I was a huge recycling person when I was living on my own and quickly realized my parents were not. I showed them what and how to recycle and explained to them all the benefits of doing so. My family went from six full trash bags a week down to one! Learning to reuse certain items and avoid wasting was beneficial to us all. I was very proud of their effort and willingness to help themselves AND the environment.
