Two years ago I moved to Florida, in the Orlando area. Upon first living there sometime in June, I had a frequent night time visitor, a Great Horned owl. They came by my power line every night for my first few months of living there and then when winter came they were gone. I assumed that next spring they would come again but during their absences trees were taken down and the process of building a home started. They've never come back, but the house is almost finished...
