Personal memory by Samantha Gardella
2008 • Hudson Valley, NY, USA
I'm from the Hudson Valley area of New York and in this area we have a ton of mountains which include hiking trails. One of my favorite memories as a kid is me and my dad hiking up to Anthony's Nose and being able to look over the Hudson River and see the Bear Mountain Bridge. Over the years I have noticed that numerous hiking trails have begun to diminish and they are not being maintained due to lack of interest of nature.
