Back in early 2007-2009 it would rain. Now in Monrovia we rarely get rain and if it does rain it starts in the morning (it only rains lightly) and starts to die off afrer lunch. Somehow we have disrupted the water cycle. My theory is that we use too much water. If we use too much water during times of normal rainfall, we might not have enough water when a drought happens.
