I used to hunt a lot more when I was a kid. I hunted deer, birds, turkey, and more, all solely for food of course. But as i grow older there is a feeling that there are some better alternative options. If an animal is endangered there is no need to compete to bag the last in existence. I was never near this, but being a true hunter doesn't mean killing for sport.
