Pune was a growing town when I was in school. I remember the amount of sparrows there used to be in the city of Pune. They were everywhere. You could see little sparrows almost everywhere you went. As I was growing up I realized that the number of those cute little birds was going down. I remember not seeing a single sparrow in the area where there used to be hundreds of them a few years ago.
