Personal memory by Cedric Jenkins

Growing up in Chicago, 1975-present, I remember massive snow storms that were so large we would be snowed in. Classes would be canceled because no-one had the ability to leave their home in order work, attend school etc. Today, these types of storms no longer exist and this frankly bothers me. Global warming is destroying this earth and one day the world as we know it will be drastically devastated by the destruction we are causing this planet. Snow in Chicago is becoming an "endangered species", when will we wake-up?
