As a kid in Saratoga NY, I remember frequently having Praying Mantis around. I remember one day catching one, it was quite easy, and placing it on my pant leg and walking around much of that afternoon with it just clinging on and not flying away. Now thinking back, I can't remember when I last have even seen one.
