Personal memory by Jenifer Mule
I remember as a child playing in my back yard at night and there being thousands (okay maybe hundreds or a few dozen) of fireflys! My siblings and I would catch them in our hands then let them go. We would put some in a jar sometimes, but only for a short while. It was more fun to pick one out and try to follow it for as long as possible through the yard! Today, I don't see as many fireflys. Infact, I can't recall the last time I have seen one. I know it's been a while, over a year probably. I miss those precious little earthbound stars!
