In the idyllic landscapes of the Picos de Europa mountains in northen Spain something is missing : The music of cattle in the fields... Economic laws decided that milk was much better produced in northen countries only to be sent southbound, and so burning fossil fuels in the transport. Silence. What a splendid homage to economist David Ricardo!!!
