Personal memory by John Bloomfield
1968 • Randolph, NJ, USA
Growing up my brother and I used to catch (and release) bullfrogs and box turtles from a swamp down the road from where we grew up in Randolph Township, NJ. Then came the bulldozers and tucks. The swamp was filled in, and soon we had a K-Mart and a Friendly ice cream store where our summer playground had been. Need I say more?
