I lived in an apartment on a somewhat ugly street but that had a very nice tree in front of the building. The building owners had to remove tree and yard space to create parking for tenants because of the parking situation in the neighborhood. While that tree is gone, at least the city added some more street trees. Times change, landscapes change.
